Everybody keeps on talking about food but… you know what - I don’t care!

I can’t exactly remember when was the time when this have changed. Unfortunately, it obviously had to happen one day. Unnoticed. A while ago, it was normal to cook and consume delicious meal with your family. Or to go out with your friends for a nice restaurant. And nobody talked about calories! We were simply enjoying the food! Nowadays, it seems that many people have destroyed that pleasure for themselves.

They cannot enjoy that anymore as all they can think about while having a delicious meal is:

a/ how many calories does that food have?

b/ is it really healthy?



c/ should I actually eat this?

I wouldn’t overemphasise if I claim that I hate this. I love eating! I really think that this is 1 of the main pleasures in the life. There are plenty of researches which present that people who are on neverending diet are a great deal more unhappy. Some studies also present that fat people are happier. Certainly, I am are not talking about people unhealthy overweight. With food is just like with any other sphere of life – you musn’t cross the line; moderation is desired. What I mean by it is – you can’t eat such large quantities that you become sick. It is so obvious that I am not going to discuss it more here. But at the same time I am conviced that sticking only to healthy food might not be so great for you too. I am convinced that you also surrounded by these people that are constantly on diet. What is common to all of them is that they wnder and discuss about food all the time! It is very clear why It works like that – you are a lot more likely to think about something which you can’t cannot have. Imagine that you feel like having pizza or snackpellets - wheat pellets.

Typically, you would just consume it and simply don’t thinki about it for weeks. But if you are on neverending diet, you struggle with yourself not to consume that. In this way, you will think about these snackpellets for another days! I am a women so I really understand that all of us want to be attractive and slim - we recommend this page. Nonetheless, wouldn’t it be better to consume something what you really want to and do some swimming later on? Or to be in a gym for a bit longer next day? Both delicious food and sport might give you much pleasure. Why not to combine them and use benefit of both of them at the same time!
